Meet Tanya Wildman

If you are nervous about a mammogram or a cat scan, Tanya Green's big smile and infectious enthusiasm is likely to put you at ease.

A graduate of Royall High School and an Elroy native, where she still lives, Tanya has been employed at St. Joseph's hospital since 1997.

She has a degree in Radiology from WWTC and is one of full-time technicians in the department.

Tanya says her job has so many duties that she never gets bored. The hospital not only provides regular x-rays but cat scans and mammograms. They also do x-rays during surgery, in addition to hosting a variety of more technical radiology services that call at the hospital on a regular schedule.

Patient contact is one of the things that Tanya enjoys most. She also points out that the staff is not only friendly, but supportive. She says they are "easy to like."

Dining out and shopping are two activities that Tanya enjoys when she is not at work.

Tanya is married to Elroy City Administrator, Alan Wildman.
